1.       OPERATING HOURS

The Members’ Lounge shall open daily at 8.30am and close daily at 12 midnight.

2.       RESTRICTED ACCESS

Associate Child, Junior Members, guests of members and all persons below 21 years of age are restricted from entering and using the Members’ Lounge.

All other categories of membership can have access to the Members’ Lounge. To control access to the Members’ Lounge, members will be required to use their membership card to tap in to log their entry.

3.       GUESTS

Members may invite guests to the Members’ Lounge but any guest invited are to comply with Rule 39 of the Club Rules.

4.       SPECIAL FUNCTIONS

The Management Committee reserves the right and privilege to use the Members’ Lounge for special functions organized by the Club.

5.       FOOD  & BEVERAGES

Only beverages listed in the specially prepared menu by the Club for the Members’ Lounge may be served in and consumed in the Members’ Lounge.

Food will not be served in the Members’ Lounge.

Members will not be allowed to bring and consume their own food and beverages in the Members’ Lounge.

6.       DRESS CODE & HYGIENE

Members and guests are expected to be smartly and appropriately attired.

Members and guests who are in a sweaty state having just finished sporting activities are not allowed into the Members’ Lounge.

Swimming attire and school uniform are strictly prohibited.

7.       CONTRAVENTION OF BYE-LAWS

Any member who contravenes any of the Members’ Lounge Bye-Laws will be subject to a fine not exceeding RM50.00 and / or a warning letter and / or suspension as determined by the Committee and / or otherwise stipulated.

8.       AMENDMENTS TO BYE-LAWS

The Management Committee may from time to time, add to, alter and repeal Bye-Laws for the regulation of the affairs of the Club. Such Bye-Laws so made, added to, altered or repealed will come into operation and be binding on members after they have been posted in the Club premises for fifteen days.
